[Saiga can be found in the Sakana kitchen, with some sort of energy drink in front of her. She doesn't seem to be drinking it, just staring off into space through it. She is in fact so out of it she won't notice anyone until she's directly addressed. A dragon could moonwalk through the place and she wouldn't even blink.
After a bit, she'll head over to Juudai's room and knock.]
